But who would want to admit that they are just a worker, a custodian, when here is the glory of a Teacher, an Elder-Prophet, an Apostle (the custodian carries the apostolic ministry (bishop…) – although he has not received the Holy Spirit, at best he has heard that there is a Holy Spirit – a sad sight!). So do not be surprised that there is no catechism-training in the church before and after baptism! And who will teach? – The custodian?! Who cannot read the word of the Holy Spirit! Not to mention that he does not know the ABCs of the laws of spiritual life, so what kind of reading can be talked about!? And about wisdom (theology) – it is not even worth mentioning.
In such a catastrophic situation, the students should have shown (and should show) initiative! But they… oh woe! They are glad that there is no teacher in the lesson! There will be no control work, no homework either!.. The main thing is to sit through the lessons (to stand in their dreams during the services, without repentance, without Eucharistic communion – quietly, “exemplary” in silence to perform religious duty, for the peace of conscience!?), so that Dad at home does not scold for truancy and teachers do not make up for “absences.” With one foolish, irresponsible shot they “killed two birds with one stone” – and there is no need to do anything (no need to repent, study intensively, work, labor ascetically on oneself, fight passions, etc.) and the Father will not even guess that something is wrong. There are no entries in the diary from the teacher, no comments on the learning process: neither regarding discipline (the custodian does not care about the students), nor about truancy (there are no absences in the journal – attended all services!!!), and there are no negative grades either (not a thief, not a murderer, not an adulterer…, and the fact that there is no faith (knowledge of the Holy Spirit) does not matter – just not worse…). The students console themselves that they are not beaten (they managed to make the lesson painless!?), and a little more and it will be graduation. And the knowledge is “0” (zero) – complete ignorance of the Holy Spirit, and there, beyond the threshold of the school, strict (in Truth and Freedom), uncompromising (either – or) life in Love, which for an egoist (an ignoramus and unestablished) is hell! Eternal torment…
And what about the custodian – he “is on the payroll,” he has a salary! And he does not care about the students!? Perform a rite?! – to any taste! Catechize, teach? – sorry, you have come to the wrong place! But it is necessary not only to perform the rites of the Sacraments but first of all to conduct catechism, and only then is the incorporation into the Eucharist realized. But the custodian will not tell the truth, that what he does without catechism is a great evil! He does not even know that it is so, and sincerely believes that he is doing a great good! Therefore, the poor fellow complains that the fee for the rites is still too small (shouldn’t the rate be raised – the dollar is rising?!)!? Such is the story. Whoever has eyes to see, let him hear what the Holy Spirit testifies about the state of the churches.
Is a custodian needed in a school?! Undoubtedly! Without him, everything will collapse (the school building will collapse and there will be no conditions for the educational process!!!) and there will be no church-organization, no conditions for the revelation of the Kingdom of God to be created (there will be no Parish-Eucharist = the gathering of God’s people in Christ (a necessary condition for acquiring organic catholic consciousness, which in turn is a necessary condition for acquiring the Holy Spirit – see Part II in detail)). The hierarchy (ministry of the Eucharist – the unity of all Christians in the Eucharist) is the ministry of custodians! Without it (the hierarchy of custodians) in no way! But this is only the technical, external side, which has no direct relation to the learning process! Therefore, in the church, besides custodians, there must necessarily be Teachers, Prophets, Apostles! The fact that the windows in the school are intact and the roof does not leak, and the children sit at desks in the classroom does not mean that the educational process is going on, that is, the rites of the Sacraments are performed, but no one partakes of the Holy Spirit!? Therefore, the custodian (bishop, presbyter), since he has historically such “honor” (responsibility – see below) to manage everything (he: both the director, and the deputy head, and the teacher, and…, and… – a universal “soldier”), must take care of the teachers, prophets – about the educational process in the school (by the way, earlier, when the bishop was still a custodian, and there were teachers in the school, the bishop did not preach at the gathering-Eucharist; this ministry was carried out by someone from the community of God’s people who had the gift of the Holy Spirit – teaching, prophecy…). Let him invite teachers from other schools (parishes). Let him create conditions for the birth of teachers, prophets from the students of his school (how – see below). But most importantly – let him tell the students that he is not a teacher, so that everyone knows that this situation is abnormal! And of course, to announce in truth, and to announce again! There are books, laboratories (Sacraments), there are educational programs… – everything is there, the main thing is to learn. Ask for help from the more experienced. The patriarch should not be ashamed to ask for advice from the more experienced in spiritual life (that is, in life in the Holy Spirit), whoever they may be (whether a presbyter or someone from the people of God, who know the Holy Spirit not by hearsay. But where can such custodians (patriarchs, metropolitans…) be found now?! One custodian of the highest rank, in response to comments (on exposing the shortcomings of his ministry), said: I am right! Why? And in response (you will not believe): because I am a patriarch (custodian)!? Poor fellow forgot that Judas was an apostle, Nestorius – a universal patriarch, Honorius – a pope…
