What Love is (more precisely, Who is Love; Love is not “what” but “Who”) know-understand only Christians, and Old Testament people (religious and atheists) know (at most!) only the shadow of the New Testament, the shadow of Love, the shadow of the Kingdom of God (Paradise) – love (the light with which the Lord illuminates every person who comes into the world, so they know-understand what they are created for – for Love, for Happiness!)! (Does our “only” (e.g., “only Christians know-understand…”) irritate you? It comes from misunderstanding and ignorance, and if you disagree with our “only,” then take the trouble to familiarize yourself with our arguments-explanations – we have already argued about this (see Part I, II), and if you have strong counterarguments, we will help you understand their weakness and baselessness via email).
“God is Love” = “The Father is Love” (see 1 John, from the context of which it is clearly seen that God = Father). And we know the Father (Love) only in the Eucharist, in the Church, in Christ by the Holy Spirit (“No one knows the Father except the Son, and those to whom the Son reveals by the Holy Spirit”; “Love has been poured into our (members of the Parish-Eucharist) hearts by the Holy Spirit”; by the Holy Spirit we join Happiness = to the fullness of mutual Love = to the Body of the Church (where everyone loves everyone with mutual sacrificial humble Love of the Holy Spirit). Therefore, we say that only Christians are Happy – members of the Body of Christ, the Parish-Eucharist, because the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Christ, is given only to Christ’s (Christians), those who have entered into a Marital Parish-Eucharistic union-life with Christ. And those who are not Christ’s, not members of the Parish-Eucharist, do not have (and cannot have! For the Spirit of the Body is given only to the members of the Body! Outside the Parish-Eucharist, outside the Marriage with Christ, the Holy Spirit is not Given!) the Holy Spirit, they are still unhappy! Therefore, we say that this world does not know Love (What or Who is Love). Only the shadow of Love – this is the maximum that the world can contain, being in a godless state. But this is enough to call (urge) a person to seek God, because if the shadow is so desirable, then what is the Blissful, Happy Reality that casts this shadow! But the insane, deceitful world does not understand the gifts-calls of love (and consequently, the knowledge of love, which is Happiness), but substitutes it (love, which calls to Love, to the fullness of Being-Life in unity with God) with the pursuit of selfish pleasures!?
Now everyone talks about love – both religious people and atheists, but only Christians know-understand True Love (the Father)! What the children of this age talk about has nothing in common with True Love (except for the verbal forms that the world repeats after Christians: for example, “God is Love,” and derivatives). Pagans talk about egoism and overcoming it, saying it is more blessed to give than to receive; happy is he who loves, and so on and so forth. An egoist egoistically talks about overcoming egoism, or even more amusing: an egoist egoistically fights against egoism!? Funny! But this (insane in its wisdom) world speaks about it quite seriously!
The children of this age, when they talk about love, mean by that word pleasure and enjoyment: I love you = you please me = you bring me pleasure-enjoyment; as in the song: – I love only myself (in the original: you), my dear beloved…; I love carrots, I love music, sports…). In the mouth of the Church (Christians), Love has nothing to do with emotions, passions of liking, and selfish pleasure (for oneself), but it is about the Hypostasis, the Person (= Love), in this world about the Cross (the Person is realized in absolute self-denial (crucifixion of the world (lust of the flesh, eyes, and pride) in oneself, and oneself for the world); about death (Love overcomes death by death): whoever wants to follow Christ (be Happy, Love) must deny themselves, take up their cross, and go into Happiness… must lose their soul for Christ and the Gospel… must lay down their soul for their friends… – this is the description of Love and the path to Love-Happiness, this is what Christians talk about when they talk about Love. Not sweet passion leads to Love, but constant asceticism of the Cross, until you die on the cross (to this world with its idols-passions) and do not rise, do not acquire Divine Love (“Whoever believes in Me (Christ) and remains in Eucharistic unity with Me will never see death, but has passed from death to Eternal Life, which is to know the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit” (To rise from the dead – to become Love, that is, Person-Hypostasis-Freedom – see Part II)).
All people are divided into two groups: those who know-understand God (= Christians, members of the Body of Christ (the Body of Mutual Love) – members of the Church (with a capital “C”)) and those who do not know God (that is, pagans, those who are not members of the Church: “Christians” (quotation marks are mandatory; these are those over whom the baptismal rite was criminally performed, who did not receive the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Marital Parish-Eucharistic life in Christ), Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, atheists, Satanists, indifferentists…). And they know-understand what True Love is (that is, God the Father) only Christ’s (= Christians), to whom Christ reveals by the Holy Spirit!!! Does our “only” irritate you again – bear with us, we are uncompromising when it comes to Truth and heresy (there can be no concession, ambiguity, relativity, or compromise with heresy!) – we have already talked about this (see also Part I, II).
