Therefore, the sole ministry of the Church in this world is to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, Jesus Christ, and to teach-catechize people, that is, to prepare for baptism by the Holy Spirit (“make all (all nations) disciples of Jesus Christ and teach them (baptized (by the Holy Spirit) in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit) the Sacraments of the Kingdom of God” – Matthew 28:19-20)! The Church (Christians) has no other ministry in this world – only catechism, teaching the Word of God and fulfilling the commandments of God! Not catering to the pagan religious needs of people (which is now only performed (by priests and “spiritual” buyers) in Orthodox temples, or rather, dens of robbers)! Go, teach all nations (and each person individually) – the Church has no other ministry in this world (the Sacraments are performed only by God!!!), except to teach-catechize each person, prepare for baptism by the Holy Spirit, which the Lord will perform in His time, when He sees the person ready, capable of receiving the Holy Spirit, becoming a Christian, a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ!
God is Love! No sacrifices are needed for God! The Lord desires only one thing – a humble and contrite heart (poor in spirit), to fill it with the fullness of Divinity, Blessedness, Happiness! And this (poverty, desire for the Spirit; because poor, poor is not the one who lacks something, but the one who desires what he lacks, for which he is poor!) is the result, the fruit of hearing the Word of God (Orthodox understanding of It) and fulfilling the will of God, the commandments of God!!! This is why churches exist (and everything in them: rites, hierarchical structures, temples, typicons, canons, calendars, holidays, rituals…) – for catechism-teaching, for hearing the Word of God, for knowing the will of God, not for satisfying the pagan religious ritual needs-demands-needs: consecrations, dedications… (You ask me (probably forgot – we have talked about this many times): why do I repeat the same thing twice (one hundred two!) times, sometimes in a row?! – We will not only repeat it twice, but one hundred two (one thousand two) times we will repeat the one thing needed, it is not hard for us to repeat, and it is useful for you (maybe on the thousandth reading at least someone will understand something, comprehend)! Currently, in Orthodox churches everything is exactly the opposite – there is no catechism, but consecrations, dedications, satisfaction of pagan demands-needs… as much as you want!? Catastrophe! – What to do? Cry, repent, and be catechized! God is Love! In Christ all sacrifices ceased (were abolished) – now God serves, sacrifices to people, and people accept the service of God-Love! Therefore, the task of people is one – to humble themselves, allow God to serve us, trust God, surrender to God, so that the Lord may wash our feet, clothe us in “wedding garments” – baptize us with the Holy Spirit! The main and only task of a person is to humble oneself (become poor in spirit)! And this happens (a person humbles) only under the condition of catechism-teaching: listening to (and Orthodox understanding) the Word of God and fulfilling It!!! Everything else, performed outside the context of catechism and not for its sake, – is paganism, idolatry, antichristianity! – And the Sacraments (that is, the rites of the Sacraments)? Sacraments are the life of Christians in Christ, in the Holy Spirit, and for the catechumens – teaching, teaching, and teaching again! Therefore, pagans (“Orthodox,” “Christians”) should not be baptized (to partake, to ordain, to marry or perform other rites of the Sacraments! The Sacrament of baptism is performed only by God and only on the catechumens, who with a humble and contrite heart are capable of receiving the seed of the Holy Spirit!), but catechized, catechized and catechized-taught! But again with sadness (and with hope for repentance) we will remind, testify: now Christianity everywhere is degenerating into a pagan religion, magical ritualism, Judaism, antichristianity (by their fruits (and even words, teachings) you will know them)!
We emphasize once again: it is not the Lord (God-Love) who does not want to baptize someone with the Holy Spirit (the Lord desires with Divine Eros that all be saved, that all be deified, He wants to fill everyone with the Holy Spirit), but the un-catechized, unprepared (who has not denied himself, does not carry his cross following Christ) cannot receive, accept (the seed of) the Holy Spirit, cannot be a disciple of Christ (a partaker of the Eucharist, a member of the Body of the Church of Christ)!!! The Lord did not say that He does not want to take someone as a disciple, but that such a person (unprepared, un-catechized) cannot (unfit, unable) be a disciple (bear the burden of Christ’s discipleship), that is, receive the Holy Spirit, be baptized by the Holy Spirit; such a (un-catechized) person will perish, like our brother Judas Iscariot, and for such a dreamer (irresponsible) the last state will be worse than the first! Therefore, those who cannot receive and accept the Holy Spirit, the Lord God-Love does not baptize, does not clothe, does not fill (Luke 24:49) with Power from on High (and if priests perform their magical rites, clothe with “Power from on High,” the king remains naked, godless, only thrice deceived – in a state worse than before the priestly magical services-spells-clothing)! The Lord wants everyone to be saved (wants to baptize everyone with the Holy Spirit, to deify-make happy everyone, for everyone to become gods by Grace), but not everyone is ready (catechized), not everyone can accept (receive) the Holy Spirit, not everyone has humbled themselves… So, whoever wants to be saved-healed (united with God, become a Christian), let him responsibly prepare (be catechized: deny himself, take up his cross and in repentance go to Christ); and those who have denied themselves, who have taken and carry, without looking back, with joy and thanksgiving their cross, – such, and only such, the Lord baptizes with the Holy Spirit (for only the humble have the power, ability to accept-assimilate (the seed, leaven) the Holy Spirit)!!!
