We paid so much attention to this fragment of the gospel icon because it is always a judgment on every Christian: whether he follows Christ, denying himself, bearing his cross, or deviates from the cross path to the path offered by the devil in the wilderness of this age. The Jews were waiting for the Messiah, whose coming in the minds of the people and the disciples before Pentecost was supposed to be accompanied by the onset of a time of shalom – national prosperity and unprecedented happiness (= a happy comfortable European life, with social security and healthcare working 100%). And if you look at what the millions of faithful of the UOC KP synagogue live by and dream about? “God and the kingdom of Caesar” is the slogan by which the faithful of this synagogue live. The Lord says: you cannot serve God and Mammon (the interests and values of the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of Caesar are not only incompatible – they are diametrically opposed), and the faithful of the synagogue say: we can!? God says: seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. And the faithful of the synagogue say: in an independent state – an independent church; that is, primarily state interests, and then church ones (by their fruits you will recognize them)!? One of the main reasons why the people are in such delusion is that heretics-Satanists, spiritual leaders-ideologists of the UOC KP synagogue, have worked well over them…
Who did the Lord call Satan? This was said not to strangers, not to enemies (Pharisees, Sadducees…), but to a disciple who just professed the Orthodox faith: “Jesus Christ is the Messiah, the Son of the Living God,” but fills these Orthodox words-forms with a satanic, antichrist spirit-content. Words point to the path, direction – where to go to achieve Happiness, Bliss. Not everyone who says to Me: Lord, Lord (that is, Orthodox professes Christ as God with his mouth), will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but only those who do the will of God, those who follow Me (because the Kingdom of Heaven is Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit)! Peter professes the Kingdom of God (that is, Jesus Christ) with his mouth, but thinks-dreams about the earthly kingdom, earthly shalom (“The glory of Caesar’s kingdom,” “The glory of the nation,” “Death to enemies,” etc.), and wants to use God (Jesus Christ) for his national-patriotic, godless goals. Peter professes Jesus as Lord with his mouth, but does not want to follow Him, on the contrary, wants the Lord to fulfill his will, to satisfy his godless desires! “Follow Me, Satan!,” and do not try to lead Me: from the path to the Cross to the broad path of idolatry! Peter in words is Orthodox (pronounces the Orthodox creed: Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God), but in the content he invested in these Orthodox verbal forms (Jesus is Lord, Jesus is the Christ, Jesus is the Son of God), he is a tempter, Satan. Therefore, do not be surprised that we called these heretics (ideologists and leaders of the UOC KP) Satanists. In form, in the letter, they profess the creed of the Orthodox Church, but in the content-spirit they invest in these words (Orthodox dogmas), they are Satanists. Heretics of the UOC KP care about the kingdom of Caesar (about Sodom and Egypt) – they think about human things, not about God (the path of the Kingdom of God). By their fruits, you will recognize them! And the fact that the scribes, Pharisees, Sadducees of the UOC KP are heretics, we have proved and shown in detail, providing more than enough arguments and facts (= fruits). Satan always tempts Christians: come down from the Cross, because he knows that the Cross is the only path to the Kingdom of God, to the Resurrection, to receiving the Holy Spirit! A Christian in this world cannot but be crucified in every way (“By the Cross of Christ I am crucified to the world, and the world is crucified to me!”), and whoever avoids the Cross is on the path of the devil!
Therefore, today the Church calls all Satanists (and those who follow them) to follow not the voice of the devil, not the desires of Satan, but Jesus Christ; to go the path of not comfortable European national-political prosperity, but the path of constant cross-bearing, crucifixion of their flesh with its desires and passions (the three temptations of Satan: lust, vainglory, and avarice); through repentance, to leave the satanic, antichristian path of idolatry and take the path of true worship of God in Spirit and Truth, the path of Church, Eucharistic-Parish life! Therefore, we repeat once again: on the pages of our books, no one offends anyone (we did not set such a task for ourselves even in our thoughts), and, having named the spiritual state of our brothers and sisters – a terrible disease (indicating its symptoms and signs – by their fruits…), we call for repentance: “Get off the satanic path! Follow Jesus Christ, Satanists!”. Peter, called “Satan” by Christ, did not take offense, but followed Christ, so we too should not take offense, but repent and follow the Lord into the fullness of Eternal Life of the Holy Trinity, into the Kingdom of God, which has come and is already here and now given to all (the Holy Spirit is generously poured out on all creation).
