The stages of spiritual growth (descent into hell) can be schematically represented in this way. Since hell is non-love, being in hell is not loving, the Church first helps the proclaimed to see the enemy in the neighbor (that is, simply to see him, that he exists! because as soon as an egoist sees someone, this one who has appeared on the horizon immediately becomes a threat to his freedom, that is, who encroaches on what belongs to the egoist – and the egoist appropriates everything for himself, everything exists for him!); the next stage: to forgive the enemy – to become equal with him (because the enemy is the one who owes me something, that is, he is my debtor, and since he is my debtor, I am richer than him, higher than him; therefore, when I forgive the enemy (lower, worse than me), we become equal); the next stage of descent into hell is to become a debtor to the one who was once an enemy, that is, your debtor! (Holiness – to see Christ in the neighbor, to be his (the neighbor – every person) debtor of an unpayable debt: we are all guilty before each other in everything, we are all debtors to each other of an unpayable debt of Love…). So, the beginning – to see and forgive your debtors (enemies). The middle – to be on an equal footing with others, equals (not to consider yourself better than others). The endless end – to become a debtor to everyone and everything, to become worse than all creation, to be guilty to everyone of everything!

The Church diligently watches that the proclaimed lead a spiritual life (struggle for the acquisition of God-receiving Humility) correctly: to start from the beginning – to see the enemy in the neighbor (that is, first learn to simply see the neighbor – that he exists, and he automatically, as soon as we see him (give him the status of existing), becomes for the egoist an enemy – the one who threatens and limits him), and not from the end (to see Christ in the neighbor and treat him as Christ; however, the beginner proclaimed egoist does not have the strength to treat the neighbor as Christ, and he does not even have the strength to treat the neighbor as an animal!? Therefore, he will either become a Pharisee, who is in terrible delusion, or end up in a psychiatric hospital, or simply perish! There are thousands of examples (details in the next part)). To see Christ in the neighbor (or to treat him as Christ), you first need to see a person in the neighbor – the same as you (you are the same sinners, weak cripples, who need help), first forgiving him, everything he owes you (the egoist) (and he owes for all your troubles, misfortunes, unhappiness – everyone is to blame for everything except you, and you, poor thing, have to suffer!?), and then already see Christ in the person! First you need to forgive to become a debtor! Never justify yourself in anything, take responsibility on yourself (for everyone and everything) and do not despair – this is the path to acquiring a humble and contrite heart (acquiring the Holy Spirit) – “Keep your mind in hell,  but do not despair”!

When someone says they have no enemies, they are either a Christian or dead! And those who already have enemies – this means they have already seen someone (the dead do not see anyone and feel nothing!), they need to thank God for the enemies and try to forgive them: look at them not arrogantly, but as equals to themselves, and then become lower than all; first: everyone owes me everything; second: no one owes anyone anything; third: I owe everyone everything… (We do not elaborate here: what it means to drive sin under the skin, see the enemy, move into hell, keep the mind in hell, etc. – we need to talk a lot about this with many examples to at least slightly feel, at least mentally, what proclamation is, and in what catastrophic pre-flood, Sodom and Gomorrah state the churches are in – God willing, we will talk).

Once again, let us remind: salvation (and in it deification, the Kingdom of God) is already given to everyone. Everyone is already saved and made Happy. But to accept the Gift of Salvation (and in it Eternal Life), one needs to feel the need for salvation, one needs to enter into the state of knowing (emptiness, darkness, nothingness) of hell and from it cry out to God for salvation (“keep your mind in hell, but do not despair”, “everyone will be saved, only I will go to hell for my iniquities”, “believe me, brethren, where Satan will be thrown, there I will be thrown too”… – this is how the Holy Spirit teaches Christ’s God-receiving humility). One needs to realize their nothingness without God – to acquire humble wisdom, feel the need for wholeness and catholicity (enter into a state of poverty in Spirit, a state of hunger, thirst for Truth), and with great patience accept the gift of salvation – Divine Love!

Let’s tell a parable-analogy. One magnate decided to hold a wedding for his son. And for the wedding feast, he ordered from one master tables and chairs for the reclining of guests and the wedding meal. He gave all the necessary materials and everything else needed to complete the order and asked to do it on time. The master worked diligently all the time (for which he had to complete the order) but only spoiled all the material and wasted his time, and most importantly – let down the customer! So what, will this master (if he is, of course, adequate) present a bill to the customer, and even demand to add to the agreed amount (because inflation during the work devalued the money…)?! No, he will ask for mercy and forgiveness (although he himself lost a lot – worked hard, spent a lot of his time, and time is money!)!!! The Lord, by His providence, gives us (each of us!) all the necessary “materials” and everything necessary to fulfill the order – “to be Happy”! And we spoil the “materials”, making titanic efforts to be unhappy! Therefore, the adequate (saints) ask not for salary and bonuses (knowing how much God gives us-gifts, and we have never done anything good! Not brought any fruit!), but ask for mercy and forgiveness! They know that they are debtors of an unpayable debt: they spoiled all the material – made it unsuitable for further use, let down the Customer, upset Him, and there is no way to compensate for the damage they caused (even if you sell this master with his family and all his property!)!
