(V) 11.God’s Providence

It is obvious that segment AO is longer than segment BO, which in turn is longer than CO, and CO is longer than DO: AO > BO > CO > DO (if you have any doubts, you can take a ruler and measure the corresponding distances between the points and compare their lengths: AO ≈ 12 cm, BO ≈ 9 cm, etc.). Let’s make a small transformation: move point O on segment AO to the right along the line on which this segment lies, to infinity:

Now, I will make a statement, but please do not laugh: now that we have moved the end of segment AO (point O) to the (infinite) edge of the line, the resulting “segments” (rays) will be of equal length, that is: AO = BO = CO = DO.

You are already laughing and saying that out here in the countryside we have completely “gone mad,” not seeing the obvious: it is evident to the naked eye that, for example, segment AO is longer than segment BO by the length of AB (AO – BO = AB, i.e., by 1.5 cm), and BO is longer than DO by the length of BD (BO – DO = BD), and so on. I asked you not to laugh and not to be prejudiced, but to listen to the end. They really are the same length, and I will prove it to you now.

Let’s separately depict the “segments” (rays), as we did above when demonstrating that AO > BO > CO > DO, so that you can see with your own eyes that they are equal, that is, AO = BO = CO = DO.

These “segments” (AO, BO, CO, DO) in geometry are called rays or half-lines – a part of a line that is limited only on one side, that is, a ray is a part of a line that starts from a given point (in our case A, B, C, D) and goes to infinity in a given direction. All lines have the same length, and accordingly, all rays (half-lines) also have the same length – half of a line, therefore AO = BO = CO = DO. (Every point on a line divides this line in half, into two rays of equal length):

Let’s overlay rays AO, BO, CO on ray DO as follows:

Or we can overlay the rays so that their origins coincide:

Or like this:

Thus, CO = BO = AO = DO (so I can place and overlay them as I wish (as it is convenient for me)).

By the way, we will tell an analogy parable about human dignity. The image of God is a straight line (it has neither beginning nor end – Unbegun and Infinite), and the image of man (the image of God) is a ray (half-line – it has a beginning but no end), which received a task from the Heavenly Father to become a Straight Line (by Grace)!!! To infinitely become like God means to move towards unbegunness (to become unbegun) – to acquire all the properties of a straight line (to become God by Grace). All people are equal (in essence, in dignity, in value in the eyes of God: an embryo that is 2 seconds or two days old, or 4 months old, and anyone from the second phase of life (hereafter referred to as II phase) or third phase (in a hellish or heavenly state) – all are equal, all are children of God, all are the image of God!!!) – just like all rays are equal. They differ (among themselves) – by place (social, economic, cultural, gender, etc., i.e., natural individualities that were formed, acquired as a result of various circumstances: origin, upbringing, etc. – poor or rich, smart or foolish, man or woman, homeless or with a roof over their head, monk or married, famous or infamous, sinner or righteous, etc.) on the line of eternity! Any ray can be moved in any combinations relative to other rays (and none of them will lose their value (magnitude, “length”), dignity): today you are a master, tomorrow a slave, and vice versa: today you are rich, famous – and tomorrow homeless and infamous… When you were a master, you were a ray (God’s (image), God’s Love), and when you became a slave, a nobody – you did not cease to be a ray (only the place of your location in space and time and the state (heavenly-eucharistic changed to hellish-egoistic) changed, and your value (dignity) is Eternal, Divine (by Grace), God’s Love for you is unchanged!). By the way, the coordinates (place) of your location in all reality are heavenly (we are in Paradise every moment!), the best, most blissful, most suitable every moment (because Father-Love moves us! – for details on God’s Providence, see previous parts). So never envy anyone, but thank the Father for everyone and everything in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, by the power of the Holy Spirit! Look at every person as your equal (you are a ray (image of God) and he (she) is a ray (image of God)) – do not be proud: do not be an aggressor, do not despise, do not humiliate anyone, do not exalt yourself (do not boast) before anyone, and at the same time do not consider yourself a victim, do not crawl before anyone… but be humble: communicate with everyone as equals, that is, be with everyone in the full height of human (Divine by Grace) dignity – do not lower yourself to the level of evildoers, that is, proud egoists (those who despise, humiliate (do not become an aggressor and do not respond aggressively to aggression) or crawl before everyone (or even before one person, and towards others (before whom you do not crawl) behave aggressively), “licks everyone” (in a word, do not become a victim)), but help them rise from the swamp-pit of pride-egoism, unworthiness to the level of humanity, divine dignity.
