Therefore, theoretically, Happiness is achieved only through responsibility and gratitude, there is no other way to Paradise! The reason for the unhappiness of free beings is precisely because they want to achieve happiness by another path!? What does not exist (illusion), we want to have; in what does not exist (either sadness in the past, or anxiety about the future, or daydreaming that creates an illusory world in place of reality, of the given, which alone is here and now) – we manage to ‘live,’ and the real world, which is here and now, we reject, do not accept!? Everyone who wants to be Happy (and everyone wants this), needs first of all to understand a simple thing: the reality in which you are here and now (at every moment), – is a given, i.e., it exists regardless of whether you want it or not!!! You can only escape into an illusory world of the past, the future, or imagine a parallel illusory world (I want reality to be different now; or convince yourself that reality is not as it is; or like an ostrich, stick your head in the sand of irresponsibility and tell yourself that there is no danger!?). But Happy is the one who accepts the given as a Gift, not as fate, a fate that cannot be circumvented, but only, gritting one’s teeth, endure (this is the hell of necessity, and happiness is possible only in the realm of freedom)! And to accept the given as a Gift (to recognize behind the given a Gift), can only Christians, who recognize that God, Who created everything from nothing and still creates (every moment of reality: ‘All things through Him (the Son of God Jesus Christ – V.A.) and for Him were created… All things stand by Him’, ‘all You created, and by Your will exists and was created everything’), is Love and only Love!!! God – Father (Daddy), Brother, Friend, Doctor, Teacher, Comforter… – Love! Therefore, we accept the given, begin to be here and now – by responsibility and gratitude! With the past and the future, we deal with responsibility, and the present (reality) we accept with gratitude. Everything, absolutely everything that is now (wars, hardships, all kinds of evil – these are the consequences of past sins, passions, i.e., the medicine with which God heals humanity in general and each in particular, brings to senses, awakens from sinful sleep, to Eternal Life) – needs to be accepted! You cannot escape from yourself!
Therefore, theoretically, Happiness is achieved: by freeing oneself from the bonds of the past and the future with responsibility and by accepting reality (which implies embracing, containing everything within oneself so that nothing outside me exists (this, by the way, is the condition of freedom – see above), so that there are no neutral objects, but everything is introduced into the mystery of communication, hypostatic being, has become a Face, Hypostatic) – with gratitude. And practically to realize this theory in one’s life (i.e., to become Happy) is possible only in Christ, in the Church, in the Eucharist!

Let’s say something for reflection regarding responsibility. Often from the mouths of ‘Christians,’ you can hear ‘pious,’ ‘in the spirit of humility,’ phrases like: ‘It’s all God’s will!’, ‘It was meant to be!’,
‘If it’s not God’s will, then nothing will happen (the business we planned will not happen),’ ‘If it’s God’s will, then it will definitely happen,’ and so on. These and similar expressions exactly testify to the irresponsibility of those who utter them. Let’s consider these two assertions. Let’s start in order. So, is it all God’s will? The answer to this question is not trivial, that is, both ‘yes!’ and ‘no!’ are simultaneously true! Is it all God’s will? – No! Is it all God’s will? – Yes! So ‘yes’ or ‘no’? – Both ‘yes’ and ‘no’! It all depends on what we understand by the word will (to which reality it points) and in which context we use it, i.e., what is being discussed.
So, by the word ‘will,’ the Church indicates reality – desire, wanting, striving. Each personal being has two wills: the will of the hypostasis (choosing will, gnomic) and the will of nature (see Pt. I)! In God, the will of being, Divine energies are hypostasized (that is, the will of the hypostasis and the will of the Divine being are identical). In fallen humanity (the state of leather garments), there is a rupture, antagonism between the wills of the hypostasis and being: two laws (desires, wills) are in me, the law of the mind (hypostasis) and the law of the flesh (the will of nature in the state of sin), with the mind (hypostatic principle) I want to do good, and the desire (forces, wanting) of good in the flesh I do not find; I do not do what I want (will) with the mind, but what I do not want (with the mind) I do, i.e., I realize (against the will of the hypostasis, the mind) the will of nature, which lies in evil and wills for evil (egoistic state, the end of which is selfhood, if not healed, more precisely, not allow the Healer (Savior Christ) to make oneself Happy)… About this sad state of the fallen creaturely hypostatic being writes one Christian, lamenting: who will deliver me from this body of death, for with my mind I serve the law of God, but with the body – the law of sin (see Rom. 7).
