Let’s say a few words about the expression: ‘it was meant to happen’! Here the situation is similar, as in the case with ‘it’s all God’s will’! It happened, but (often) it was not meant to be! We do not question God’s providence (which every moment creates the best conditions for the self-realization of free beings; which always creates everything for the good of creation, corrects mistakes and directs to the Goal (Wholeness), Happiness), but we encourage responsibility (because it depends on us the revelation of the Kingdom of God in us: we will be responsible – it will come faster (many people have become Happy, tasted Happiness already in Pt. II), we will be irresponsible – we will postpone the revelation of Eternal Life in us for an indefinite period, that is, until we repent)! For example, it was meant to happen that an alcoholic has cirrhosis of the liver and they took him for surgery! It happened, but it was not meant to be, it was not necessary to destroy your health, to then be treated! (Good that it happened (that they did surgery, applied a cast, extinguished a fire, etc.), but
it was not meant to be! It was not necessary to cripple oneself, to do evil to oneself, to then be treated, healed (saved)). In the exam they gave a two – it means it was meant to be! It happened, but it was not meant to be, it was meant to be: you had to learn the material excellently (or as much as your mental abilities allow), and not the whole semester not attend classes, not open a textbook once…, and then console yourself (and justify), that it happened, because it was meant to be! It was not meant to be!!!
And we’ll say something about prophecy. In Scripture, one can often encounter words, which in form mislead the reader (non-Christian). From the expression ‘This happened so that Scripture might be fulfilled…’ one can make conclusions, that everything goes according to some scenario, written by someone – that is, that there is fate, destiny (it was meant to be). Prophecy is always a view from the future into the past, not from the past into the future (or better to say: from eternity – into time, into history). Therefore, it did not happen so (with Jesus Christ, who exactly as written in the prophets and in the psalms and in all Scripture, entered into His Glory), because it was written in Scripture, but it is written so, because it happened! Christ – the Lamb, slain from the creation of the world…
We just, speaking about God’s will, ‘with grams tried to tell about meters,’ and even said only ‘two words,’ while in order to understand the essence of the matter a little, it is necessary to say – ‘a hundred and two words’ (that is, to place these reflections in the context of the mystery of God’s providence – we talked more about providence in Pt. I and will repeat something below; and definitely consider this issue in the context of the Resurrection of Christ and the whole world in Him, in the context of the Kingdom of God, which has come; we talked about all this – and you make an effort, if you are interested, to consider the issue of God’s will in the context of God’s providence and the Resurrection of Christ).
And we need to remember that since God is Eros, Loving Desire, He wants all to be Happy.
***
Christians affirm that they are already (in Pt. II) Happy (each to the extent of godlike humility, until each reaches Happiness, i.e., the full growth of the measure of Christ, until each becomes one of the Trinity, a god by Grace)! But let’s see, whether Christians do not take their interlocutors for a ride (mockery)? Are they really Happy, and have objective arguments that confirm their Happiness! We heard that only he who is responsible ‘for all and for everything’ and who is grateful ‘for all and for everything’ (and, as a consequence, rejoices for all and for everything, that is, everything is a source of joy; because once I thank – it means I rejoice; thank for everything – rejoice always). This is the criterion by which we can check: whether Christians tell the truth, or deceive? If on irresponsibility we cannot catch Christians and expose them as irresponsible (about which we briefly talked above), then on gratitude for everything (and, as a result, constant joy), to expose Christians in a lie, at first glance, does not seem problematic!? To accuse Christians of deception, it is enough to ask them a rhetorical question, to which, as pagans believe, the answer is obvious and unambiguous: can one be thankful for the death of dearest (in the flesh I speak) people, for wars (and everything that accompanies this evil – rivers of blood and tears!!!), catastrophes, diseases, sorrows, pain, tears, suffering (‘innocent’ children, women, feeble old…), in a word for evil, which creation endures, and, of course, constantly rejoice from the contemplation of reality, which is a natural consequence of gratitude (since you thank, therefore you rejoice; gratitude without joy – is not gratitude, but idle talk or self-deception)?! But Christians, like madmen, detached from reality, do not stop proclaiming: ALWAYS rejoice, give thanks for EVERYTHING! But if we step back from prejudices and pagan prejudices (superstitions) and listen to the arguments of Christians, then it becomes clear, that if the reality of things is such, as they recognize (namely: that we are already saved, resurrected, deified, made Happy (see above), and that the Lord every moment (every moment and everything in it – is God’s Gift to us) providently (cares) for every His creation, preparing it for the acceptance of the Kingdom of God, which is already ours and belongs to all and each), then they cannot not be thankful for EVERYTHING, cannot not rejoice ALWAYS! (We already said everything above, in principle, but we’ll say something more about God’s providence). Let’s listen, what Christians say, responding to this rhetorical question, which impudently pagans put, and how they relate to evil (note that evil and sin are different realities; sin is always evil, but evil is not always sin; for example, to treat a tooth (or to do surgery) – is evil (because during treatment the doctor damages healthy tissues of the body (tooth, skin, other organs), but not sin!).
